Final Thoughts…they wont be small and sweet forever... this sweet child before you will change moment by moment. Enjoy the "mommy show me the world" phase- which secretly disappears without a trace, the little moments are just memories so easily forgotten.
Days feel long, but the years will fly by. Work will always be waiting you and if they don't have work life balance then they don't deserve you. a job is just a job. Your kids won’t be 13 and 16 or 4 and 6 or 8 and 12 forever! As a mom, I look back and wish I’d said yes to more spontaneous trips when they were younger. Im screaming from the mountain tops spend time with your kids!!
My kids are older 14 and 17, now they’d rather stay at home begging me for Robux than go anywhere. I have to be more intentional about planning meaningful getaways—because I don’t want to look back and regret the time I didn’t spend with them.
That’s why I’m planning our next adventure—a cruise - Last time we went my kids loved it. Wifi is an arm and a leg on a cruise so its perfect to unplug, reconnect with your teens cause there is no wifi LOL, and make core memories before these teenage years slip away.
TIPS- Early planning not only gives me something to look forward to, but it also saves me money and stress.
